Agency Critical Meeting dated April 10th 2015

Mr. Murray the Agency Manager discussed the first quarter evaluation with all the agents and gave the Unit Managers and Agents the opportunity for feedback.

Feedback:

The Agents indicated ideas for improvements in the second quarter quotas.

Applications submitted 240

Annual Premium Income submitted $830,577.89 please note that at the same period last year 2014 our Agency's API was $ 830, 547.00 a difference of $ 30,000 in income

First Quarter Issued Business

102 applications

Annual premium income $347,566.00

Agents's productivity is 4.4 which equals to 70% of quota

Year to Date Issued business

221 applications

Annual premium income of $ 757,464.00

Agents productivity is 3.2 which is 50 % of the quota
